to your FedEx or UPS account, so long
as the account number is submitted on
the order form at the time it is placed.
All shipping and handling are additional
to the cost of the printing order. Calculate
shipping charges based on the chart
below. Prices are based on a quantity
of 5,000 cards via UPS, F.O.B. of Clearwater,
FL.
Each order of 5,000 4.25" X 6"
cards comes in two (2) boxes, weighing
a total of 60 pounds. Super Size cards
come in 3 boxes, and weigh double this
amount. Delivery times may vary, however,
below are the approximate average delivery
times for various geographic regions.
