With our bulk rate, you will only pay an estimated rate of $0.27 ($0.33 for less than 500 cards mailed).
For larger size cards the bulk rate is an estimated $0.293, a huge savings compared to a stamp of $0.45 cents.
There are other ways of handling postage with even larger savings such as Carrier Route mailings or The Every Door Direct Mail Program. Please consult your Sales Representative about these options.
ADDRESSING SERVICE FEES
|0 to 2,500 pieces:||$.05 (5 cents) per card ($50.00 min. per multiple mailing)|
|2,501 to 25,000 pieces:||$.04 (4 cents) per card|
|25,001 to 50,000 pieces:||$.035 (3 1/2 cents) per card|
|50,001+ pieces:||$.03 (3 cents) per card|
- You save shipping charges, because the cards don't have to be sent to you via UPS or FedEx.
- You save time, because we can mail them out for you immediately after printing, rather than you having to wait to receive them and then get them to a local mailing house.
- The software we utilize assigns a barcode to each address, so that the cards go through the Post Office's automated system faster than regularly printed addresses.
- We also process the lists to remove duplicate addresses, and ensure that all the addresses on your list are currently valid (of course, people do move, so there will always be a few returned cards).
- NCOA (National Change of Address) service is included in processing when it is applicable. NCOA ensures your mailings arrive, even if customers change address.
SUBMITTING YOUR LIST
Please send the list in “Excel format”, such as Comma Delimited, Tab Delimited, CSV.

Once your postage payment is made it will be 72 hours before your cards will mail. Postage is paid via check or fax check.
Please send specific mailing instructions with your list if you wish a one time mailing or a multiple mailing and if you wish the cards addressed to "or Current Resident", etc.
Please note that if your list has already been processed, and you have a change such as adding more names to your mailing, there will be an additional reprocessing fee of $35.
